Some fun facts

I am a full-time guardian of two elves—Neptune and Jupiter— from the Solar System, who can only speak "Meowese". They love doing housework, posing for pictures and posting ins, which makes every single day of mine fulfilled. Life is easier and more joyful with them around!

Besides, I am an enthusiast of scavenger hunt in different cities, who always put "visit museums" on the top of the list. Well, "coffee" takes the second.

Hi! I am Esther. I am a graduate student of the New York University (NYU) Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP). I obtained my B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) with the concentration in digital image and signal processing and computer science from the University of Washington, Seattle (UW).
I have a strong passion for human-computer interaction (HCI) and currently, my research interest is to create innovative, dynamic and empathetic interactions between humans and technology on user-centered basis.

I always admire that an exquisite technology design not only spreads aesthetic values but also positively animates or even creates a new bond between human and the technology.
